Oregon will lower speed limit on 82nd Avenue, install streetlights at intersection where 2 men died

Oregon wants to reduce the speed limit on 82nd Avenue on the east side and install new streetlights and pedestrian crossings at the Northeast Portland intersection where two men were struck and killed by drivers last month.
