Meet the Owner and Chef!
The Good & Evil Wrap Company is owned and operated by Tim. Tim has spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry. In those years he has worked in a variety of kitchens ranging from sushi, to Italian, to pizza, to Cajun, and more. With his cooking and management experience, he is excited to have a place of his own. Tim and The Good & Evil Wrap Company are excited to serve delicious wraps to the people of Portland, and beyond!
