About the Group

On June 1st, 2022, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) assumed responsibility for seven miles of 82nd Avenue spanning NE Killingsworth Street to SE Clatsop Street. The jurisdictional transfer of the former State Highway from ODOT included $185 million in funding to improve and transform 82nd Avenue’s infrastructure. Members of the 82nd Avenue business community meet on the fourth Thursday each month to update members and form a unified voice regarding pending changes to the district.

Meeting Goals

Attendees share information and perspectives from other meetings, advisory groups, and community outreach. We want to see improvements to our business district that will enhance safety, retain our diversity, and increase our prosperity. Please contact [email protected] with additional questions, meeting agenda items, or to provide information to the group.
